China, the Ottoman Empire, and Japan were three countries that had many similarities. First of all, China was one nation which was famous for its trading values. Every nation wanted to trade with China and trade in China grew day by day. But along with this growth, the population of the country grew as well and this led to a crisis in economy as the industries were unable to match the growing population and people began to starve. This was a similar case with the Ottoman Empire. The population grew and the industrialization was not able to support this population growth. Also, China was not ready to give in to European colonialism even they had to face such crisis.
